Apple Tree Barn and Walnut Tree Barn are two adjoining barns, in the village of Briston, just 11 miles from the north Norfolk coastline.
The barns are converted to the highest specifications featuring solid oak flooring, quality bathroom fittings and handmade kitchens, complete with Aga cookers.
The stylishly decorated barns offer a tasteful, relaxed style. Outstanding furniture was especially commissioned to local craftsmen, resulting in truly individual interiors.
Walnut Tree Barn (Sleeps 6/7)
A stunning solid oak staircase forms a central feature from the hall leading to the galleried upstairs bedrooms.
The open plan downstairs space has been designed for easy, sociable living with a wonderful, specially commissioned dining table. An electric Aga cooker is a special feature of the hand crafted kitchen.
Apple Tree Barn (Sleeps 4)
High general specifications give this barn an individual and homely atmosphere – easy to feel relaxed in.
Children’s Play Area
Both barns have the use of an enclosed children’s play area with swings, slide and climbing frame – one for small children with swing, slide and seesaw – and a more adventurous one for older children.
There’s also a seat for parents to watch their children and relax with a coffee (or a glass of wine!).

The barns are ideal for large family groups wishing to holiday together.
Fresh local produce available
Lot’s of healthy, fresh produce is available locally.
Additionally, the village of Briston features a very popular family owned butcher’s shop and bakery. Nearby Melton Constable also has another family run butcher’s shop.
There’s a Chinese takeaway, fish & chips, pizzas, etc, etc.

We are 3 miles from the Georgian town of Holt, a popular destination for shopping and eating out (restaurants, tea rooms and public houses).
We are also only a few miles from the traditional seaside towns of Wells, Sheringham and Cromer, all offering activities for children and clean beaches.
